Perrier With a Twist	by Kevin James
This is a routine that Kevin developed in the trenches performing in restaurants and private parties for many years. It is a powerful multi-phase routine that is perfect for strolling environments. You begin by lighting a piece of paper and it visibly turns into a bottle that is handed out for examination. A 50 cent coin penetrates in and out of the bottle very cleanly and visually right through the glass. The magician explains that he can tell the secrets and sticks his finger through a "trap door" in the bottle. Then he unscrews the bottom of the bottle and screws it back on! Then passing it out for examination. You then take a cocktail napkin and cover the bottle, poking a hole so the top of the bottle can be seen. The performer pours water from the bottle and then crushes the paper into a ball. The bottle vanishes!!! The napkin is given to the spectator as a souvenir. A simple chalkboard is displayed. It has a piece of newspaper covering a prediction at the bottom 2/3rds of the board. Under the newspaper is a prediction. Four playing cards are freely selected by audience members. There are absolutely no forces. They are clipped one at a time to the top of the chalkboard. When the newspaper is removed the prediction matches perfectly!!!

Gaetan Bloom closes his lectures with this dynamite mental effect and destroys his audience every time. Quarte is a magician killer. The method is diabolical and easy to perform. Goldfish Production

This is a great little device that makes the effect of producing a live goldfish much more practical. The production of a live goldfish always gets a great reaction from audiences but it normally had to be your opener. With this management system you can wait up to 15 minutes before you produce the little guy.

Walk up to the table and set down your glass of water. In the middle of your act, ask for the loan of a dollar bill. Roll it into a tube and pour out a live swimming goldfish into the water!!!! The crowd goes nuts!!! This is a great trick.

This is a wonderful audience participation routine. The performer invites an adult or child onstage dresses them in a magicians costume. The spectator stands with his hands behind his back and the magician puts his arms through the costume and performs some magic. It looks as if the spectator is doing the magic. The magician verbally cues the spectator how to react and the illusion is perfect and very funny. This great idea allows you to reclaim some of that old material in your magical junk drawer. This version also has a feature where you begin by showing a small black bag. You put some magical items into the bag (cards, rope, handkerchief, etc.) then you turn the bag inside out and it transforms into the magicians costume with all the items in the pocket ready to use. This is a very funny effect that took the country by storm during Gaetan’s lectures last year. There is lots of comedy potential with this prop.

Effect: Shuffle a pack of cards and place two packets in to the hypno-paddle. You ask Specky to cover one eye and stare at the other eye on the paddle. Move the cards one at a time from one packet to the other. The spectator tells you when to stop and you table that card. It is a completely free choice. You can do it 3 more times to reveal that he stopped you on the four aces!!!

You can repeat it as often as you like. This is a fun and baffling way to force one or any number of cards. The method is just as much fun as the effect.

Animated Card Thru Balloon of Death	by Kevin James
Well, no one dies, we just wanted to get your attention. A card is selected, shuffled back into the deck and given to the spectator. A black balloon is introduced and a magical gesture is made from the deck to the balloon. The balloon is popped and the selected card is found inside! The performer then explains exactly how the effect was accomplished, showing how the selected card was actually held against the side of the balloon. Only this time he is using a clear balloon for easy illustration. Then all of a sudden you see the card VISUALLY penetrate the side of the balloon! Then the balloon hangs by one edge of the card. Then the card hangs by one corner and begins to spin inside the balloon. Finally the card drops all the way inside and can be handed out for examination. This is very visual and is perfect for TV. Pop-N-Corn	by Fairchild Entertainment
The performer begins to eat popcorn from a popcorn box, even offering some to the audience. The popcorn is finished and the box is turned upside down showing it is empty. The performer says something about being thirsty and picks up a glass and pours an 8 oz. glass of lemonade from the popcorn box!!! An alternative ending can be to have 4 or 5 small glasses on your table and after the popcorn is gone you can pour out cola, cherry soda, orange soda, mountain dew and 7-up!!!!
